Yesterday, there were 13 runners in our group who completed the nine kilometres. That was the largest number of runners in this group this year. Although it was only 22 °C, the sun came out and it got really hot. One runner in the group had heavy legs and had to slow down. That suited me fine, as I was able to slow down too so that he wouldn't have to run alone.

Today we ran a completely different route in the 9-kilometre group. We headed towards Harleshausen and once around the Jungfernkopf. We were hit by a small rain shower on the way, but by the end of the run we had bright sunshine again.

To mark the 1250th anniversary of Vellmar, the district of Frommershausen organised a district festival. LG Vellmar once again organised a breakfast run. I once again led the group of 9-kilometre runners. We had a great start to the Sunday in perfect running weather. I should run more often on Sunday mornings, it's just great fun.

Once again, I start the Saturday with LG Vellmar in the 9-kilometre group. It's cloudy, but a pleasant 17 degrees. The perfect temperature for me to run. Four of us started, but unfortunately one runner had to drop out because he had a severe calf cramp after one kilometre. The three of us then travelled a little faster. Another good start to Saturday.

There were a few more runners at the start today. With 21 degrees, some sunshine and a few clouds, it was perfect running weather. There were eight of us in the 9-kilometre group and we ran a lap around Frommershausen. The metres in altitude gave me a bit more of a hard time today, so I weakened a bit on the last kilometre.

Once again, I took part in the Saturday run organised by LG Vellmar. As usual, I ran in the 9-kilometre group in summery temperatures. I was a bit weak today and wasn't quite in such good shape. But a run is a run, now Saturday can begin.
