In glorious weather, we ran a lap around Obervellmar in the 9-kilometer group. Today we had a guest runner from Switzerland. After the run, there were a few honors for long-standing members at the meeting point, as well as a cozy get-together.

After no runners were found for the 9 km group last Saturday, we were a slightly larger group again today. Eight of us set off on a nice loop towards Ahnatal and back. We were a little slower than usual with a few meters of elevation gain.

Today there was no runner other than me in the 9-kilometer group of the running club, which was a shame. As running alone is not so much fun, I joined the 8-kilometer group. Thorsten had chosen a nice circuit for us, so it was a more relaxed run today.

What a beautiful run today at sunset. It was perfect running weather. Today we ran around the Frommershausen district of Vellmar. Even though the first few kilometers were uphill, it went really well today.

There were only a few runners at the running group today. So there were only two of us in the 9 km group. But we chose a nice route through the forest. It went from the meeting point up to the Erlenloch and back again in a gentle curve.

After last Saturday's strenuous route with lots of elevation gain, today we returned to the relaxed winter route with the 9-kilometer group. With cool temperatures, it was another nice run to let the wind blow around your nose.^

The route I had chosen for the running group today was a little more strenuous. The last third was all uphill, so we took it a little slower. In the end, it wasn't 9 kilometers, but a little less. But with spring-like temperatures and lots of sunshine, it was another very nice run.

Today we were a large group of 11 runners on the 9 km course. As not everyone wanted to follow the route I had chosen, we ran through the fields again. But the weather was great and it was another nice run with great conversations.

Today I chose a slightly more relaxed route with less elevation gain through the fields. With a few costumes and some refreshments, there was also some carnival at LG Vellmar after the run.
