Wednesday run with the running group: After the time change, we’re back to using headlamps and sticking to safe routes. Despite the darkness, we’re still enjoying the mild temperatures and the fresh evening air as we run together.

A relaxed morning run with a stop at the bakery. Today, my wife joined me on her bike. Six months after knee surgery, she’s back on the bike for the first time. Progress is being made!
